We consider USPS priority mail service the best method for shipping your order especially if you are located on the west coast or any location outside the 2 to 3 day UPS area. The United States Postal Service indicates your package will arrive in 2 to 3 days from shipment regardless of your location. Additionally, since the mail moves seven days a week, we are able to ship your order usually within 24 hours of receipt six days a week. This means orders placed as late as Thursday and sometimes Friday will ship on Saturday except during peak holiday periods.

Since UPS Ground does not move parcels on Saturday and Sunday it is not the best method of shipping if your order is to be shipped after Wednesday. For this reason, we recommend USPS Priority Mail service as the most economical shipping option.  Also, if you choose a Saturday as the ship date for your order and UPS as the ship method your order will be shipped by USPS (if the shipping and handling charges paid are sufficient to cover the USPS costs) or your order will be held and shipped on Monday.

As the national map below shows, there are large regions of the country that shipments from our location would take up to five days (longer if over the weekend) to arrive by UPS ground, so please choose your shipping method carefully.

Charges:

All shipping charges are calculated based on the average weight of the products ordered (rounded up to the closest whole weight in pounds) and the distance traveled from the point of origin as determined by the carrier chosen. Prices are subject to change without notice.

In addition to the carrier charges, the shipping charge shown on your order receipt includes a $2.00 handling charge per order. UPS shipment rates are calculated based on residential delivery.
