Q. From where does Marie's Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. accept orders?A. We accept orders from anywhere but we ship only to addresses in the United States and it's territories. This does include APO and FPO.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place your order online 24 hours a day, or call us directly at 814-269-4271.

Q. How long does it take to fill my order?
A. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The exception to this will be during peak holiday periods close to Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, when delays can occur due to seasonally high demand. Please check the pop up calendar during the check out process for all available ship dates.

Q. How will my order be shipped?
A. Your order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS. You choose the shipping method that best suites your needs.

Q. Can I have my order shipped overnight?
A. Yes, you may choose USPS Express Mail or UPS Overnight. Make your selection during the check out process. Please bear in mind selecting overnight shipping will NOT speed the processing (baking) of your order, only the time in transit.

Q. How do I check on the status of an order?

Q. What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Marie's Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. online gift certificates.

Q. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
A. If you provided a valid email address during the account registration process you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms we have received your order and it contains your order number and a link back to our website with the details of your order.

Q. How do I change or cancel and order once it is placed?
A. If it is necessary to change an order after you have placed it, contact us by telephone at 814-269-4271 or email us at info@nutrolls.com.

Q. How long will the rolls last un-refrigerated?
A. Marie’s rolls have a natural ‘shelf-life’ of 12 to 14 days and like most baked goods should NOT be refrigerated.

Q. Why shouldn’t I refrigerate them?
A. Refrigeration is not the proper environment for baked goods. The humidity levels cause rapid deterioration of the dough.

Q. If I don’t refrigerate them, how do I keep them?
A. In between uses, keep them wrapped as air tight as possible in the original packaging or similar alternative and store them in a cool, dry location away from direct heat or sun light.

Q. If I shouldn’t refrigerate my rolls, is it OK to freeze them?
A. Yes. All of Marie’s Nutcracker Sweet rolls freeze very well. In fact we recommend at least a short freeze before use to assist in cutting.

Q. How long can I keep my rolls in the freezer?
A. Up to six months, but you will probably want to eat them way before that!

Q. My employer conducts random drug testing will eating poppy seed roll effect the results?
A. Not usually.. Consuming poppy in the form used in our roll would not normally effect the results of an employment related drug test. But if you are tested shortly after eating a poppy seed roll you should inform the tester.

Q. How are the nut rolls packaged?
A. Our nut roll and other flavor rolls are packaged in a heavy duty, freezer ready poly bag with a cardboard insert for stiffness.
