Conditions of Use

By checking this box, I acknowledge and understand that upon completion of my order Marie’s Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. will make it available for transport by the method I have selected–either personal pick-up or pick-up by the parcel carrier I have chosen.

Once my order leaves their facility, Marie’s Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. is  no longer responsible for the disposition (status, tracking or location) of my order. The responsibility for the safe arrival of my order to it’s requested destination is governed by the relationship established between the carrier I have chosen and me.

Marie's Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. will prepare my order for shipping as a convenience to me and will make every effort to complete the preparations as I have instructed without error. However, should an error be made, Marie’s Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. will work to rectify it as quickly as possible once it is brought to their attention.

I will read my confirmation emails carefully to assure all information is correct.
