  • How long does it take to fill my order?

  • Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The exception to this will be during peak holiday periods close to Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, when delays can occur due to seasonally high demand. Please check the listed available ship dates on the pop-up calendar during the check out process.
  • How will my order be shipped?

  • Your order will be processed FOB Johnstown, PA and shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
  • Can I have may order shipped overnight?

  • Yes, you may choose from the different overnight options from any of the available carriers during the check out process.
    Please bear in mind selecting overnight shipping will NOT speed the processing (baking) of your order, only the time in transit.

  • How will I know if my order is confirmed?

  • If you provided a valid email address during the account registration process you will receive an email right after your order is placed. This email confirms we have received your order and it contains your order number as well as the details of your order. There is also a link back to our website.

  • How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?

  • How long will the rolls last un-refrigerated?

  • Marie's rolls have a natural shelf life of 10 to 14 days depending on the flavor and like most baked goods should NOT be refrigerated. Remember to account for transit time when calculating shelf life. We recommend you use or freeze your rolls within five (5) days of receipt.
  • Why shouldn't I refrigerate the rolls?

  • Refrigeration is not the proper environment for baked goods. The humidity levels cause rapid deterioration of the dough.
  • If I don't refrigerate the rolls, how do I keep them?

  • In between uses, keep the rolls wrapped as air tight as possible in the original packaging or similar alternative and store them in a cool, dry location away from direct heat or sun light.
  • Is it OK to freeze my rolls?

  • Yes. All of Marie's Nutcracker Sweet, Inc. rolls freeze very well. In fact we recommend at least a short freeze before use to assist in cutting and all rolls should be consumed or frozen within five days of receipt.
  • How long can I keep my rolls in the freezer?

  • Up to six months, but you will probably want to eat them way before that!
  • Will eating poppy seed roll effect the results of drug testing?

  • Not usually. Consuming poppy in the form used in our roll would not normally effect the results of an employment related drug test. But if you are tested shortly after eating a poppy seed roll, you should inform the tester.
  • How are the nut rolls packaged?

  • Our nut roll and other flavor rolls are packaged in a heavy duty, freezer ready poly bag with a cardboard insert for stiffness.
